We are fostering transformative leadership in Cameroon by supporting high-quality, faith-based education through the Christian Leadership Academy of Yaounde (CLAY) is a start-up University located in Yaounde, the capital of Cameroon, Africa. Our goal is to help CLAY develop ethical, Christ-centered business and community leaders who will positively influence their communities. This will help address the many challenges faced by Cameroon and the broader African continent, such a unemployment, poverty, and the erosion of moral values.

Story
In Cameroon, political unrest, economic hardship, and educational inequality have created an urgent need for meaningful, purpose-driven education that fosters problem-solving and community involvement. Rapid urban growth in major cities such as Yaounde'. Compounded by the ongoing Anglophone Crisis, has led to significant gaps in access to quality, holistic education that the Christian Leadership Academy of Yaounde' (CLAY) is working to address.
There is a clear need in Cameroon for education that provides not only professional competences but also resilience and leadership skills. Between 40% and 60% of university graduates in Cameroon struggle secure employment within their first year. Widespread unemployment, moral erosion, and limited opportunities for community-driven, entrepreneurial development are contributing to unrest and violence. The Anglophone Crisis, which began in 2016, has displaced over a million people and significantly disrupted education systems in Cameroon's Northwest and Southwest regions. Despite growing demand, there are few institutions equipped to offer faith-based. values-driven higher education in these cities.
